By accessing or using CheriPic (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CheriPic is a premium, privately shared-memory space designed for intimate circles of friends and family. Our platform allows users to upload, store, and curate photos and videos into digital heirlooms that can be shared privately with selected members.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all your ownership rights in the content you upload to CheriPic.

By uploading content, you grant CheriPic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

This license is necessary for us to perform technical functions, such as resizing images for mobile viewing or creating back-ups of your vault.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the settings panel.
